    At what stage of wizard setup error is occur? Do you said proper database username in wizard setup with permissions for creating tables in database? – Evgeny Levinsky Oct 14 '17 at 5:28

please Try after change permission of your magento application.

find ./var -type d -exec chmod 777 {} ;
find ./pub/media -type d -exec chmod 777 {} ;
find ./pub/static -type d -exec chmod 777 {} ;
chmod 777 ./app/etc;
chmod u+x bin/magento

You can use following

sudo find . -type d -exec chmod 770 {} \; && sudo find . -type f -exec chmod 660 {} \; && sudo chmod u+x bin/magento; && && sudo chmod 755 app/etc;
