I can't figure out what's happening here. Can anyone please explain a solution to me in simple terms?

  • Zend_Mail_Protocol_Smtp->helo('localhost') you are trying to connect to the localhost via TLS? Commented Sep 18, 2017 at 11:45

In this case I'm guessing it can be a simple reason. Just check if the email id you are using to send emails is existing on your email server. For e.g. you may be sending it from [email protected] and you may not have created the [email protected] email on your email server.
