  • Have you checked the Magento and server logs to check if there's an error shown there? – Arjen Miedema Feb 13 '17 at 6:57

Have you installed a third party module recently? Search for the word Forbidden inside app/code/community/ and app/code/local/ folders. – Jonathan Ribas Feb 13 '17 at 7:38

There should be the error massage is set up somehow. You can try to find the word Forbidden by the help of any editor and then analyses the code why the error is set. – Prasanta Hatui Feb 25 '17 at 5:44
  • Clear your browser cache – Matt Bidas Feb 25 '17 at 22:13

Since you've mentioned that Bulk SMS extension is installed, and after that issue occurred, can you try to edit the following file:

and change <active>true</active> to <active>false</active>.

After that, clear Magento cache, and let us know if it still occurs.

  • Extension installed in both Demo and Live site.Error is in only live – Ketan Borada Feb 28 '17 at 13:27
  • I got it, but it's important to know if it's due to that extension. Also, can you check and paste here PHP versions that you're using on your local, and on your live environment. – Sinisa Nedeljkovic Feb 28 '17 at 15:18
