You can set price per website basis.

I Had create new website, store and store view.

Then you need to go to System->Configuration->Catalog->Catalog.

Then in the tab "Price", set price scope to Website instead of global.

Now working fine i set different price for each website.

As I know, Magento default does not support changing product price and currency at the level of store view.

According to Magento default, base currency is the base currency of the website (US Dollars), therefore, to change currency and price for a product in various store views, you need to install a Magento extension to help you to set up from the admin.

You can see the following module as a solution to consider:

https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/multiple-store-view-pricing.html

To show price in india in INR, you just set up base currency as INR for India store view and do the same for other store views with base currency of DOLLAR. After that, you continue to edit price of each product in store views (prices can be different from store views, which depends on your purposes)
