I need to create orders in Magento from XML source, the Order is placed fine in magento but the cart rules don't apply correctly. The cart rules don't apply the discount in each article. If I check rules applied in each item I could see that the Id rule is applied to the item but the discount dont appears.
If I make the same order manually using magento admin the cart rules applies perfectly.
The code process all .xml files in a directory and move them to a processed directory.

The i simbol show me what rules are applied in each item, you could see that in the item MAW1280590 I have:
SFS Weekend Allweek rule applied, it must give 10% discount on item whit SKU beginning with MAW. Dont apply the discount but appears in the rules applied on item.
Ti22 12+2 PLV rule applied, this rule add a free gift for all items with SKU begining with MTI. This item dont match the rule but is being applied.
The cart rules is applied using category of items to check if must be applicable.
When I create order in magento/admin sometimes I have to click on "Update Items and Qty's" to see all the rules apllied correctly. Is there any way to process "Update Items and Qty's" programatically?.

Testing rules we discover that only fails on rules made by Amasty Special Promotion Pro module, from Magento Connect. We are contacting with Amasty to get help.
