How to retrieve a credit card number and other details in magento 2?

this details save in database?

yes last 4 number of credit card is saved in the database but i need the all number of the card @rakesh

if you have saved in datbase last 4 digits then get only 4 digits not other

its default store last 4 number in sales_order_payment table, its stores defaults @rakesh

Your CC data will be got in function assignData(). This function in app/code/Vendor/ModuleName/Model/Paymentgateway.php file
