Issue : Please re-run di:compile command , hash not saved

Question

my css and js are not loading on both back , front end , i tackle this issue previously by following bunch of magento commands but this time i dont know why its not working , i have encounter one warning during running upgrade command , i think this is creating issue , check the issue and suggest me am i right or wrong or how can i resolve it , thanks.

You probably deleted your /pub/static/ folder or it's contents.

Create a file called .htaccess and put these contents in it:

and put it in the /pub/static/ folder.

Also clear static files and cache just to be sure, by running:

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

php bin/magento cache:flush

These 2 commands are the only thing you need to run if you made changes to css/js/phtml files.
