I have copied file app\code\core\Mage\Adminhtml\Block\Catalog\Product\grid.php to app\code\local\Mage\Adminhtml\Block\Catalog\Product\grid.php and have added some extra column like Special price, Supplier and Cost, all thing is working file but when I searched for any product by its name via name filter, supplier are not being shown, although Special Price and Cost are being shown.

and now if I search any product, supplier disappears (see below image-)
