Override product controllers? [duplicate]

Question

My Config.xml

                    </adminhtml>

My productcontroller.php

Not working..whats wrong with my code.....

remove <global> tag and replace

<product_warranty before="Mage_Adminhtml">product_warranty</product_warranty>

with

 <Product_Warranty before="Mage_Adminhtml">Product_Warranty</Product_Warranty>
